Ready to reserve your luxury picnic experience?
Simply fill out the form with your event details and preferences. Once submitted, you can expect to hear back from us within 24 hours to confirm availability.
Upon confirmation, we’ll send over your contract and invoice. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance will be due no later than the evening before your scheduled picnic.
For locations beyond 30 miles, a flat fee of $1.50 per additional mile will apply and will be added to your final invoice.
In the event of inclement weather, we offer the option to reschedule your picnic or receive a credit to be used at a later date. Please note: all bookings are non-refundable, but we’re happy to work with you to find a new date that fits.
