Booking your picnic is easy! Just head to the “Book Your Picnic” tab on our website and fill out the form with your event details — including date, time, location, and any special requests. Once we receive your request, we’ll be in touch within 24 hours to confirm availability and go over the details.

Each package includes complete setup and takedown, low-profile picnic tables, layered textiles with plush pillows and throws, assorted snacks, thoughtfully curated décor, premium tableware, and your choice of beverage.

Each picnic includes a selection of assorted snacks and a sparkling beverage. You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks—every setup includes tableware, utensils, and glassware. Want something extra? Charcuterie boards are available as an add-on for an additional fee.

We serve locations within a 30-mile radius of 10940. You can choose a public park, private backyard, or even an indoor location.

Travel outside of our service area is available for an additional fee.

We’re based in the Hudson Valley and are happy to bring the luxury picnic experience to you! We travel up to 30 miles from our base at no additional cost. For locations beyond that — including NYC — a travel fee will apply. Let us know where you’re planning your event, and we’ll provide a custom quote.

We monitor the weather closely. If rain is expected, we offer rescheduling or indoor setup options depending on your location. There are NO refunds.
